AC Current 0-3000A Movable Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector

 

MovableMagnetic ParticlesFlaw Detector HCDX-3000 is applicable to detect workpieces by AC magnetization. It has the function of demagnetization, and do not need additional configuration of demagnetization set.

 

8-bit MCUis adopted as the controller by this magnetic particles flaw detector, and the continuous regulation of magnetizing current can be realized through the precise collection of the AC zero voltage crossing signal and the signal of current regulation. It has the function of maximum current limit. With the function of phase controlled, the detector is suitable for both continuous technique and residual technique.

 

The current value is displayed on the analog ammeter or digital ammeter. The prod sets and trigger button are for operating in the narrow space.

 

The output current is reduced from the initial value to zeroautomatically when demagnetizing. Non-contact switch is adopted for the equipment.

 

This detector can be connected to the prod sets (handheld electrode sets) or spiral cable (flexible coil). Also there are some coils or electrodes designed for this equipment to become a simple inspection machine tool as option.

Main functions:

*Flaw detection method: strut method, winding method, coil method

*Magnetization method: AC magnetization, DC magnetization (HWDC/FWDV)

*Demagnetization method: AC demagnetization adopts remote demagnetization (attenuation method), and AC demagnetization adopts ultra-low frequency

*Magnetization: use the two ends of the support rod to top the steel plate flaw detection area, and the support rod spacing is 0~500mm (adjust the spacing according to experience)

Or clamp both ends of the steel plate with wire clamps

Demagnetization: Wrap the whole part with a cable, with a pitch of about 20~30cm. Connect both ends of the cable with the flaw detector. The connection method is the same as that of magnetizing.
